Calcium Nitrate (CAN) is one of the most commonly used forms of calcium containing fertilizers that contains a suitable content of Ca plus nitrogen. During the ripening period of the fruits that fruits are becoming larger, farmers can use this fertilizer to give them bigger and stronger fruits. Calcium as a macronutrient, has a critical role in cell wall structure and will make the cell walls stronger and more resistant to the loss of water and deformation; increasing the shelf life of the fruits.

Calcium nitrate is a water-soluble fertilizer that can be used in different irrigation systems and for different crops/plants; however, for foliar application more precautions must be taken into consideration as the nature of Ca might cause some burning effects.

CropSoul calcium nitrate is in granular form and has a high solubility, low chlorin and low heavy metals content, so it could be safely used in different cultivations and soils.
